Good service & arrived quickly on a Sunday! I had an issue with a jammed shutoff valve while changing out the dishwasher and flooded the kitchen, they answered the call immediately & came within the hour On A Sunday, they inspected it, gave me some advice, I didn't end up needing any work done, but they came for free and inspected the issues, they were professional & friendly. I'd recommend them & if the situation was worse I'd have them do the work!

I don't always write reviews but when a service is so good I feel compelled to share it. We had one of our waterlines bust under the house and didn't even realize it until parts of the house started to Smell damp. We were referred to AWR by a neighbor who went through a similar problem. Since we are also located in Reseda it was nice to have a local business to turn to. They showed up within 24 hours of calling and provided us with a full inspection diagnoses and quote. The repair was done within a matter of days. I can say I am highly impressed with there work ethic and how quick and painless the process was.

I have unfortunately had to deal with many restoration companies over the years but I must say American Water was the best I have ever dealt with. These guys are first rate. There are many companies out there who have the expertise but none that I know can or will provide the service that these folks provided for me. It started with there owner who was just great but what really made the experience special was Ernie's main man 'Josh' this gentleman went above all that was expected. While the job took a little longer than I expected Josh all ways kept me informed, he was great. I had other options for this $30k job but I could not have done better with anyone else. Ernie is the owner and is responsible but Josh was the guy who made it happen every day. I love this guy.

We had a big flood in our basement, and these guys came in quick and did a fantastic job! Covered our floors with paper and kept everything nice and clean and easy. Found our leak, and fixed all of the damaged ceilings and walls quickly. Ernie is great to work with. Highly recommended!

Honest, friendly and reliable are a few words that come to mind when I describe my experience with American Restoration.
We had a pipe burst under our kitchen which had gone undetected until we noticed the floor buckling. Water had already started to soak up the walls and studs. American Restoration was the last of three companies we had come out. Ernie walked in, and within five minutes it was clear I would be having them do the work. I never once felt the high pressure sliminess I felt with the other two. His price was fair, he was genuine, knowledgeable, and patiently answered all our questions. They started immediately, and during the entire drying process, Ernie and and his hardworking crew always had a positive "can do" attitude.
A major leak is an extremely stressful situation, and I am just so glad that these guys were one of the companies I called out. Thank you Ernie!

highly recommend American Water Restoration. I had my heater and A/C unit break and it flooded my hallway and into both my master and guest room. American Water Restoration and project manager, Ernie, were instrumental to resolving a plumbing disaster that occurred at my place in October. The breaking of a sewage line caused a very difficult situation in several rooms, and Ernie and his team came on site very quickly, took immediate emergency clean-up measures and then conducted a full blown remediation and cleanup. They worked with the insurance people very effectively and efficiently too. These guys are very professional, reasonably-priced and very responsive. I would use them again and I recommend them without any hesitation whatsoever!
